Overview
The Gaffer plays a hands-on role in capturing testimonies with excellence by supporting the lighting needs of the Production team. You will ensure every recording environment is well lit, distraction free, and visually compelling. This role is vital in helping present each person’s story with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Production team with lighting setup for testimony recordings (physical production)
• Transport, set up, and break down lighting equipment
• Help ensure safe and efficient lighting conditions in every location
• Work collaboratively during shoots to adjust lighting as needed
• Travel with local Production team to recording sites
• Maintain and care for lighting gear
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong understanding of lighting for video
• Ability to lift and move equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and excellence; willingness to learn
• Experience in video production or photography a plus, but not required
